Refunds and Returns Policy

We accept returns for most products within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Include all original packaging, tags, accessories, and documentation.
  • Not be a non-returnable item (see Section 2).

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for returns:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food items).
  • Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, hygiene products) if unsealed.
  • Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products.
  • Gift cards or store credits.
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable.”

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Support: Email us at contact@cypbd.com with the following information:
    • Order number
    • Product name and SKU (if applicable)
    • Reason for the return
    • Photos of the product, if it is defective or damaged
  2. Approval Process: Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days and notify you of the approval or denial of the return.
  3. Shipping the Item:
    • If approved, you will receive a return authorization email with instructions.
    • Pack the product securely in its original packaging.
    • Ship the item to the address provided in the return authorization email.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.


4. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (e.g., credit card, bank account) or as store credit, based on your preference.
  • Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
  • Deductions:
    • If the product is returned without original packaging or is damaged due to improper handling by the customer, a restocking fee of 10% may apply.
    • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for eligible products if the desired replacement item is available. To request an exchange, follow the return initiation process outlined in Section 3 and indicate your preference for an exchange.


6. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide photos and a detailed description of the issue.
  • We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund at no additional cost.

7. Third-Party Vendor Products

CYPBD is a multivendor platform, and some products are sold directly by third-party vendors. For such products:

  • Returns and refunds may be subject to the vendor’s specific policies.
  • Our team will coordinate with the vendor to assist you in the return process.
